The effective wall thickness of the bearing ring and the effective diameter of the roller

Author: Views:13 publishTime:2025-06-24

Note 1:D is the effective diameter of the roller. For cylindrical rollers (hollow rollers), D is the nominal diameter; For the conical roller D, it is the diameter at a distance H/3 from the large end face (H is the length of the roller); For the spherical roller D, it is the maximum diameter.

Note 2:Be represents the effective wall thickness of the ring.

The Be of the ring shown in d) to j) represents the wall thickness at the bottom of the groove of the ring.

The ring Be shown in k) is the thickness at a distance H/3 from the inner ring surface of the ring (H is 1/2 of the difference between the inner and outer diameters);

1)~n) The ring Be shown as the wall thickness at a distance H/3 from the large end face of the ring (H is the width of the ring);

The ring Be shown in o) to p) is the wall thickness at a distance H/3 from the end face of the ring (H is the width of the ring).

q) The rings Be and Ds shown in the figure represent the thickness and diameter at the contact circle respectively;

The Be of the rings shown in r) and s) represents the wall thickness at the rolling surface of the rings.

The effective wall thickness of the bearing ring and the effective diameter of the roller are as shown in the following figure:
