1. The first is improper cooperation

We know that the running bearing will produce heat, and there is a temperature difference between the shaft and the inner sleeve, and between the jacket and the bearing body. These temperature differences will cause changes in the tightness of the bearing. If the inner sleeve size of the closely matched bearing is larger than the outer diameter of the shaft, with the extension of time, wear will occur, and the running circle is inevitable!

The temperature of the bearing body will also rise. Once the bearing body expands, the bearing clearance disappears, and the inner and outer sleeves of the bearing become one. With the shaft turning, then, the bearing coat rotates in the bearing body, and produces a lot of heat. This is the formation of temperature difference due to improper tightness caused by running laps.

2. Lap running caused by vibration

4. Improper choice of lubricating oil or even more impurities

5. Improper installation

6. Long-term vibration and percussion, will make the shaft fatigue peeling

7. Bearing failure
For bearings running for a long time, the raceway will produce point fatigue pitting corrosion, and the shed debris will produce weir effect. Once heated, and the temperature difference will occur, it will cause running laps.


2 the processing of bearing running rings

By electroplating, chromium metal is plated directly on the shaft or bearing body to restore the basic size.

3. Adhesive method
When the shaft is worn or the bearing body hole is worn, it will cause the bearing to run. At this time, appropriate metal adhesives can be selected and filled into the contact area gap, which can be solved after solidification. This is a reminder that the adhesive should only be used on tightly fitting contact surfaces. For example, bearing inner sleeve that rotates with the shaft, bearing jacket that rotates with the wheel.

The worn parts are filled in by welding long pieces of meat and then machined to size to restore function. However, this method should not be used in stress-sensitive parts because welding will change the mechanical properties of materials and produce stress concentration.
