Lubrication inspection

For the line bearing, check whether the grease deteriorates, in the color, viscosity, cleanliness (finger twist to determine whether there is particulate matter) intact case, only need to add a proper amount of new grease, emulsifying deteriorated grease must be clear, such as short stress rolling mill, bearing is not easy to disassemble, should be in the box to remove the deteriorated grease, and wipe clean roller group. Check whether the roller is slightly eroded, whether the cage is deformed, and whether the roller is loose and sagging too much.

Outer ring inspection

The raceway in the bearing area of the outer ring is gently delimit with a probe (focusing on the 100° covering Angle of the bearing area) to check whether pitting and metal fatigue spalling occur. If the bearing cage is a strengthened fully enclosed structure, (the outer ring can not be examined by probe), it can be judged by observing the condition of the roller rotating through the bearing area through the disk cage. Such as: card group, pause, as the outer ring damage.

Inner ring inspection

Check the wear marks on the inner ring surface. First, observe whether the inner ring end face is worn to determine whether there is running or relative friction between the inner ring and the end face accessories. Secondly, check the four rows of raceways on the raceway surface to see whether the force marks are consistent and whether there is serious force wear on the edge column to determine whether there is biased load when the bearing runs and whether the inner ring needs to be replaced.

Other examination
