Key content overview
The "2024 National Steel Pipe Production Technology Exchange Meeting" sponsored by the Steel Rolling Branch of the Chinese Society of Metals and co-organized by Jiangsu Changqiang Steel Co., Ltd. was successfully concluded in Jingjiang City, Jiangsu Province, on November 6-8, 2024.
The conference focused on the theme of "New quality productivity, high-quality development, intelligent manufacturing, green and low-carbon", and invited academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and industry experts and scholars to make special reports and carry out academic exchanges.

• Carry out technical exchanges on automation, informatization and intelligent manufacturing of steel pipe equipment production process;
• Share the successful research experience of new energy pipes such as hydrogen and carbon dioxide storage and transportation pipes.

The conference set up a number of special seminars, and conducted in-depth exchanges on hot topics such as intelligent manufacturing technology, green, low-carbon and energy-saving production technology, and new energy pipe research and development. Participants actively spoke, shared experiences, and discussed solutions together, forming a strong academic atmosphere.
During the meeting, experts demonstrated the latest steel pipe production technology, intelligent manufacturing solutions, green and low-carbon materials. After the meeting, special arrangements were made to visit the production line activities of Jiangsu Changqiang Steel Co., LTD., allowing participants to experience the practical application of intelligent manufacturing and green low-carbon production in the steel pipe industry.
