On the afternoon of May 14th, the first group of dimonde study group, led by general manager feng of the company, visited shandong new meida technology materials co., LTD., to learn and exchange.
Mr. Qiao, the general manager of Xinmeida Company, on behalf of Xinmeida, extended a warm welcome to the arrival of Dimonde Bearing Learning Group.

Accompanied by Mr. Qiao and other leaders, the team visited the second phase pickling workshop, cold rolling workshop, research lab, spare parts warehouse and exhibition hall of the group company. During the visit, the study group members were deeply impressed by the beautiful and comfortable working environment and clean and tidy production site of Xinmeida, and expressed their sincere admiration for the perfect management system, efficient production rate and excellent corporate culture of Xinmeida.

After the visit, the relevant leaders of New Meida Company had cordial and friendly exchanges with the study group.

During the exchange, Mr. Qiao first made the enterprise introduction of New Meta Company and the headquarters of MasterCard Group, and the relevant leaders respectively introduced the application and results of TPM, 5S, 6M and other management systems in production, warehousing, personnel, finance and other specific departments, and patiently answered the questions raised by the members of the Dimonde study group. The whole exchange will be carried out in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
